The world of animated film is in mourning : Marcia Wallace, who doubled the character Edna Krabapell ( school teacher of Bart Simpson ) at The Simpsons died. TMZ announced the sad news , she was 70 years old .
She was ill for several months , she died with his family at his home on the night of October 26 in Los Angeles. One that began her career in the 70s has been an important voice in America. She has officiated in many U.S. programs , game shows through a series of programs and talk shows .
In the United States, it doubled the voice of Edna Krabapell famous figure who led a hard life Bart Simpson co- designed by Sam Simon series itself in end-stage colon cancer .
The actress and comedian born in 1942 did not have an easy life , she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1985 she had fought . She then became a personality committed against this disease in 2007 and won an award acknowledging his commitment , particularly in terms of awareness of screening .
