The former President of Pakistan Pervez Musharraf on Sunday returned to his country. This puts an end to nearly four years of voluntary exile. Musharraf landed in Karachi, the largest city and commercial center of the country, after he had departed from Dubai, accompanied by dozens of supporters.
Supporters of his party, the All Pakistan Muslim League, waited at the airport to greet their leader. Musharraf is expected later in the day will speak at a party meeting.
