Accused of massacre Batman movie denies guilt

The of a deadly shooting at a cinema in the U.S. state of Colorado suspect James Holmes denies guilty of the massacre. That said Tuesday in his defense in court.

If convicted, he could face the death penalty or life unless he later will focus on insanity because insanity. Holmes (25) is suspected in July last year to have opened fire on visitors to a cinema in the city of Aurora. Twelve people were killed and seventy wounded.

According to the prosecutors Holmes has the killings during the premiere of the Batman movie The Dark Knight Rises carefully prepared. They have him charged with murder and attempted murder and wish him the death penalty requirements.
