The U.S. President Barack Obama said that people should be careful in drawing conclusions about the perpetrators of the attacks in Boston. “We do not know who did it and why, and people should be careful not to jump to conclusions.”
That Obama said Monday (local time) during a welded televised speech on the occasion of the two explosions during the marathon.

Obama promised Americans that the perpetrators be identified and be held accountable.
He assured that the American people are united is. “Today there are no Republicans or Democrats. The Americans are united and concerned. All Americans stand behind the people of Boston. ”
Washington
The security in other cities in the United States are inflated because of the incident in Boston. Said the mayor of Washington that there are no signs of a “credible threat” in his city, yet there is additional safety measures are taken.
Obama also said that federal aid from Washington is released for the victims .
