Attacks in the south and east of Afghanistan killed six Americans and an Afghan doctor this Saturday. That the U.S. military has announced.
In the south three U.S. soldiers lost, two civilians and a doctor killed when a suicide bomber brought a car bomb. Nine people were injured. In an attack in the east came another American to life, according to the military.
The attacks coincided with a visit by the U.S. General Martin Dempsey, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, to Afghanistan . He is in the country to take the training of Afghan soldiers by the U.S. military .
