Mia Farrow Biography


Mia Farrow, and actually Maria de Lourdes Villiers Farrow, daughter of Australian film director John Farrow and Irish actress Maureen O’Sullivan was born on February 9, 1945 in Los Angeles (California). Her godfather was director George Cukor, and younger sister, Prudence Beatles inspired to write the song “Dear Prudence”. Mia grew up in the company of seven children in Beverly Hills, however, often traveling with their parents. As a child she dreamed of acting. The screen debut in 1959 cameo role in the film “John Paul Jones”.
